Stopped in here because our friend was having problems with her bike. Awesome place - great guys! They got our friends bike in, repaired (replaced stator) and back out on the road. We made our hotel for the night before dark. Thanks so much guys in the Service Department, sorry I didn't get your names. We did get Brian's name and he was a great salesman, and answered a lot of questions for us. If you stop in ask to speak to him.

I recently purchased a helmet from Tripps Harley Davidson and am so happy with the care and customer service I received. I initially shopped online for a helmet like I do most other purchases but for something I use daily that provides my safety, my instinct told me to buy from a local reputable dealer. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right product that was competitively priced. The real value came in after the sale. I had an issue with the helmet that was essentially a warranty claim, the product rep wanted to deny it over what was probably a legitimate issue. The staff at Tripps went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of. I will continue to shop there and am very thankful for the service. keep it up!
